Medical Lake

Medical Lake is a city in Spokane County, Washington, United States. The population was 5,060 at the 2010 census. It is home to two mental hospitals, Eastern State Hospital and Lakeland Village. Medical Lake was officially incorporated on June 21, 1880. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.7 square miles (9.5 km²), of which, 3.5 square miles (8.9 km²) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.6 km²) of it (6.52%) is water.
